Abstract
Recently dental x-ray intraoral exposure filming is brisk in movement.
In dental service, to reduce the victims of dental hygienests and patients. We conclude as follows, on the emphasis of prevention of refilming attendant on filming failure.
1. According to the analysis, the total error rate is 77.4% and comes into existence 0.7 error for a film on the average.
2. There are different causes: unskilled handling in tube and darkroom of workman, and unskilled management of patients, etc. Each cause shows 45.61%, 44.32%, 42.38.
3. The detail of the cause is incorrect film placement 35.79% and this on cause trouble.
4. There are 5 errors amount to 94.19%: incorrect film placement, horizontal overlap, over development, under development, cone cutting , etc.
